As a wedding coordinator, she is organized, knowledgeable, and easily accessible. Carmela took the time to learn about me and tailor her ideas to my needs and wants. Her attention to detail is the best you've ever seen!

As a travel agent, she is just amazing! Our honeymoon was easy-going and trouble-free. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was taken care of by Carmela. The Royal Hideaway was the perfect honeymoon spot. We have recommended this hot spot to many of our friends.

As a friend, Carmela is genuine and sincere. Our bride/coordinator relationship definitely stayed professional; but I can honestly say that she turned into a great friend. She is fun and fabulous J.

I must mention that I was not the easiest client to work with. I was to be wed in Austin, Texas but resided in San Antonio, Texas. I not only lived in a different city, but I was a third year law student with an extremely demanding schedule. I know for a fact that I could not have pulled off my dream wedding without Carmela.

Our daughter’s wedding was perfection at its best. You made everything easy seem so easy, given that Lindsey was in her last year of law school it was exactly what we needed. Everyone who attended said it was a “Princess Wedding”. We can’t thank you enough.

The wedding was fabulous. I could not have dreamed of anything better. The flowers, the food, the music, the wine, and even the little things like my hair and makeup, everything was just perfect. I got so many compliments from the guests saying that it was the loveliest they'd ever attended. You truly outdid yourself. I remember that you mentioned some time ago that you were going to feature this wedding in the knot, Is that still the plan? I think that if people are able to see my wedding they will be lining up ready for you to throw them the same fabulous party. It was so beautiful, and yet so unique. When I was describing my "colors" to people I would just say wine and cheese, since we didn't have the traditional two "colors." It was whimsical, but at the same time still traditional. The table seating turned out beautiful as well, I loved the T-table, and I'm glad we stuck with the seating arrangement. It seemed to work out so well. I could go on and on about everything. Rocky and I just kept saying afterwards that we really did have the perfect wedding. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Hey Carmela... what a fantastic job!!! You and Lauren were awesome!!!! I cant believe it rained at the time it did but they say it is a blessing!!!! I couldnt believe the amount of food left over!!

I would recommmend the rest of the guys. Amy... Dave....Bob...Richard.. and ofcourse the UT country club..LOVED having my own little personal girl to look after my needs......It was a beautiful day and I cant wait to see the pictures and video!!!

You were the only reason we all kept our sanity. We could not have done it without you. I can remember last year, some comments from various family members and friends, who would say “oh well, since this is a destination wedding, you won’t need your own wedding planner”.

I strongly disagreed with them then, and now that we have experienced such a wonderful event, we realize that working with you made it possible for us to give our daughter and her husband a truly memorable wedding celebration. By the way, those same family members and friends who attended the wedding also now agreed with us. They were all blown away!!

The meeting today went AMAZINGLY....Beatriz, her partner Juan Carlos mother covadonga and the priest are the nicest, most accomodating people I have ever met. Carmela Hartman is absolutely the BEST WEDDING PLANNER ever! My husband and I found ourselves in an unusual and stressful position where we were starting all over with our wedding plans just 3 months before our wedding. We met Carmela, and from the start she was wonderful! She took a very emotional situation and helped us to turn it around. We knew we wanted to go to Mexico for our HM. I called Carmela and told what amenities we wanted, our budget and we when we wanted to go. She sent me several proposals and we chose the one we wanted. She was very responsive over the phone and email and very easy to work with.

Hello Carmela, We had a wonderful honeymoon!!! Thank you for your extra attention while we were gone, and thank you very much for the wine and fruit, and the champagne upon arrival! If you need any info on either resort for future reference I would be happy to give it, they were both amazing and we hope to return to both in the future. As far as future trips we definitely plan on using your services, we should talk sometime about our business travels as well, we have 6 seminars a year that need hotels and flights, with priorities being 1.) flight times and 2.) price
